Yesterday I waited in the Exchange and Credit queue for 45 mins before reaching the front of the line. What beats me is why do they have a seperate Exchange/Credit facility if a manager still needs to authorise the transaction. Should'nt all the cashiers at that till have authorisation seeing that the department is credit/exchange. Also the staff work as if they are on holiday - no urgency whatsoever. The manager takes forever to come to the till to authorise. I understand it's busy but 45 mins??? why does it take so long to do a credit/exchange
