As promised the couch was delivered on the 23/08/2013 and collected on the 26/08/2013 to my surprise the couch was again delivered last week Friday and as they informed us that we need to inspect the couch before we sign any release. We then realize that the couch had another scratch which was not there before, i don't know what these people are doing to the couch, i believed that Geen & Richards is an expensive shop and so do have quality furniture and not quantity but with my experience i am not happy at all with the product, I need a REPLACEMENT on the couch and not a REPAIR as there is now more damage then ever. i also want a full refund on one months installment as did not not use the couch for almost 2 months now. It is very inconvenient as if i have guest there is only 3 people who can have a seat and the rest must just stand around it is really embarrassing as i need to please and explain myself to people.
