On the 11.03.2013 I went to Edgars Pavilion to do exchange. When I got at the service centre (credit & Exchange Dept) all the S.C.Os were busy except for Kimi (supervisor) who was just standing at the service center. I stood there for about five minutes because there were only 2 cashiers and they were busy. One the cashiers finished and she called me and immediately after moving from the quee, Kimi decided to open her till to service an indian woman that arrived like 30 seconds before I was called by the SCO, then I had to wait for her to finish scanning this woman's merchandise before she could authoise my xchange.
