I went into Mr Price the glen yesturday just to return 2 items that I purchased last week - had my till slip as well.
got to the door and the security guard firstly tells me to leave it there and she will bring it through to the till but she had a long line there so I asked if I could not just take it straight to the till because it was not a exchange but a refund. She had such a terrible attitude with me like I was doing something wrong speaking to me with attitude
REALLY NOW THEY ACT LIKE THEY R POLICES. Get to the till and the cashier now tells me that she needs my credit card because she cant refund without my credit card - I did not use my credit to buy my clothes last week and I am telling her that it was my debit card but she thinks she knows best and insist on it. Now embarrassing me in front of all customers. I did not bring my card with me and that was an issue really now guys just for my own refund.
she calls her manager and for a whole 10 minutes they are talking but in their language and now I MUST STAND THERE AND LISTEN TO THE BOTH OF THEM AND NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. You can now just imagine my frustration. I think that was totally unfair!!
