EDGARS-Liberty Midlands Mall-DISTGUSTING service!!

I have just had THE worst experience at the above store! I go to Edgars in a happy mood, with a gift I had received from a friend in hand (A Nine-Co Wallet) with the intentions of being 5 minutes to do an exchange as its not the colour I was wanting. Only to stand in a Que for 40 MINUTES, then to FINALLY get to a Till Operator (Shanice) who had been CLEARLY overworked the entire day so she couldn't' crack a smile or apologise to me for having waited so long! THEN to be told that she can not do an exchange without proof of purchase! The wallet had NOT been used, it still had its Nine Co Tag on it and she blatantly refused to exchange it, coming up with one excuse after the other as to why! I found her to be rude, extremely argumentative and totally unhelpful! I was truly VERY upset and disgusted at the way I was being treated, to top it all off the "so called" credit manager (Allette Pillay) Comes over to "help" when the till operator apparently started crying (if you can't take the heat of such a job you shouldn't be doing it!) But actually ends up making matters even worse!! She was just as obnocious and rude as the teller!! The store manager, Mrs K Naidoo did nothing!
