Ordered a kitchen aid on the 28 August and paid for it in cash. Was told to expect a call the next day and delivery would take 2-3 days. On the 5 September called the store and sales rep said he would call me back in 30min. Went into the store on the 6 September and they still had no idea when the product would arrive and after demanding my money back took a further 20 minutes of deliberating, eventually got refunded,
Called the head office and complained of the service to customer services and the response was you got your money back why you worried.
Great way to do business and will never shop there again.
