Dion Wired: no after-sales service

In October 2012 I purchased an LG dishwasher and an LG fridge/freezer combo from Dion Wired, Ilanga Mall, Nelspruit. The dishwasher was faulty, so I returned the unit to Dion Wired for a refund, after having no joy from either them or LG. I accepted another make of machine, and had to pay in R800.00.
Two weeks later the freezer thawed on our LG fridge/freezer, This time I called LG's customer hotline on Monday 4 Feb. They gave me 3 numbers to call, one in Witbank (the number no longer exists), and 2 others. I was told they don't service our area (Dullstroom). I called Sholto van Rensburg, manager at Dion Wired. He promised to sort it out for me, and handed it over to his customer services lady, Florence. She called me later to say she was waiting to hear from LG. One week lateI had to call Florence on Friday as I still had no information on the subject. The fridge is now not functioning at all, and we had a birthday party on Saturday - with no fridge. I have thrown away all the perishables and expect to be compensated in full. I still have heard nothing from either Dion Wired or LG. I have definitely made my last purchase from Dion Wired, and will never touch another LG product.
