I ordered 3 xbox games from dion wired through their online store. It was the first time that i used it. The following day i was phoned and told that they had no stock on 1 of the games and that I would be refunded and that the other 2 were on the way from durban to me. I accepted that. Today I get a call again stating that the 2nd item that i payed for (xbox kinect disneyland) also is out of stock and that they could not locate 1 for me in the entire country. I told them that I WILL NOT accept a refund this time. How does dion sell items on their website that they are unable to supply. Their website is a lie. I dont care how Dion finds it. I want what i paid for. If i dont get a POSITIVE response by tomorrow, i wil be contacting their head office, informing the press of my experience, and telling family and friends to boycott this unreliable retail store.
