Why should I ever shop at Dion Wired again?

I recently bought a brand new Xbox from Dion Wired in Blueroute only to open it and find a 2nd hand xbox with a child lock on it. I complained in the branch and was told they have no more stock and there was nothing they could do till they got more stock. When I challanged this I was told its not their fault that the supplier is out of stock. They would not admit that they were at fault for selling me a 2nd hand unit as new. I finaly convinced the store to lend me a store demo unit until a new machine came in stock. A month later they called saying they still had no stock but I could pay in an extra R1000 and get a different model. I was then told the new stock coming in is more expensive, I said it's not my problem they sold me a 2nd hand unit as new. I complained on the Dion Wired website and got a call from the Store Manager saying they would sort it out and that the staff member responsible hadn't brought it to managements attention. I finaly got my xbox nearly 2 months after original purchase and when I collected it I didn't even get an apology. I was told that it was not their fault that the supplier had no stock. Why should I ever recommend or shop at Dion Wired again?
