I purchased a gaming laptop online from Dion Wired. However when I received delivery, I was appalled to find a second hand unit in the box. Furthermore, I did not receive delivery of a gaming mouse which was supposed to be part of the deal.
I contacted Dion Wired online customer care with my complaint. It was immediately escalated due to the severity of the issue. Within the hour, on a Friday afternoon, I was contacted by Richard McLennan who is the e-commerce manager for Dion Wired at their head office.
After a series of emails and correspondence, it finally came down to him giving me an offer that was to my satisfaction and went the extra mile in making amends for the inconvenience experienced.
I would like to note that my initial disgust at Dion Wired's product quality control and service was such that I was sure I would never again purchase an item from Dion Wired. However thanks to Richard and his team for their exemplary customer service and great attitude, I will now not hesitate to shop at Dion Wired knowing that rest assured, customer satisfaction is indeed taken seriously.
