TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had endless issues with WW and does it seem that Customer service means nothing to them. I requested that monthly statements be e-mailed to myself, which was never done as my address was captured incorrectly. I then directed an e-mail to the customer services address found on their website and never received a reply until I e-mailed them again only to be told that my e-mail had been sent to the correct department. After nothing happened again and we were nearing a month in which I had had no luck with WW, I tried again and received confirmation that my e-mail had been again been sent to the correct department. After getting terribly frustrated I made a payment after which their recovery team still sent a threatening sms. I called the number on the sms and was told that I could not call obo of my mother and that they would need her consent, which I had sent through twice before. The total premium was paid yesterday and guess what, my mother received another sms. The manner in which they treat their customers are disgusting and are their employees not helpfull and useless and their processess non existent.
