TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I don't understand why Edgars always open insurances on my behalf without my permission. When I open an Edgar's account the only thing I want was clothes not insurance or any funeral plan. If I wanted funeral plan I would go straight to insurance companies. I always get surprised when I receive my monthly statement that there is some extra money I need to pay for insurance that I never apply for but Edgars does it for me without my permission. I have already cancel two insurance Edgars apply for me after I have pay and now I have received a letter from Edgars says thank you for purchasing Accidental Insurance Plan underwritten by Hollard and I have never purchase that. I want to pay the balance and close account with Edgars.
