Reference number is 1972039/20130709 - sent on the 09 July which we have not received a response too. My parents account has been changed to a 12 month account yet their instalment is calculated incorrectly. This needs to be sorted immediately
My parents received a letter from Edgars stating that they spoke to a consultant on the 23rd May - which is false. Edgars needs to provide proof of said telephone call and rectify all the errors on their account
