Incompetent!!!

My Mother have received a letter from Edgars about 4 Months ago saying that she need to update her personal information or her Account will be closed. She have Filled in the form and i have mailed it to them, which i have received a read receipt from them, i have also faxed it threw to them as well. After a month we went to Edgars my Mother paid her Account in ful because she wanted to buy some clothes for her Grand Children and the the Lady told my Mother sorry they will now close her Account because her Details isnt up to Date. The Lady then phoned their Head Quarters and handed the phone to my Mother where a Consultant took all my Mothers details again and then opened the Account again. After that we have been to Edgars in River Square twice which both times they gave my Mother slips to fill in with her Personal Details because its still Outstanding. Now she have received once again a letter from them saying that Edgars have sold their Accounts to ABSA and due to insufficient Information my Mothers Account will be closed on 31 January 2014. We have given the Info to them 4 times already, come on Edgars wake up!! My Mother have been a Client for over 25 years.
