This is the second time our TV has been in for repairs in less then a year. So I lodged a complaint on hello peter. The branch manager of Centurion phoned me and told me that I need to bring the TV that afternoon and then speak to him. So we took in the TV and he told us that he will try his best to sort this thing out, they will look at the previous report and the cause of the current problem and then if it is the same see what he can do to get us a replacement TV. On Monday I followed up to hear if our TV has been sent in and it wasn't so Claude said he will send his driver the Tuesday to take in our TV. Wednesday around 12 I phoned AGAIN and guess what our TV was still not taken in for repairs - so that is almost a week and NOTHING was done. Speaking to Claude he dropped something saying that if the problem persist it is a matter between me and the supplier. I am sorry BUT I REFUSE TO HEAR THAT as I purchased the TV from Hi-Fi Corporation with a 2 year warranty. Claude told me to lodge a complaint with head office and guess what I have been on the line for 35 minutes and NO-ONE can help me - UURRRGH. Maybe you should just close down since no one wants to work there anyway
