We bought a ByD: sign Television from Hi-Fi Corporation in 2011. At first we were quite happy with the purchase but in December 2012 we had to take the television in for repairs - we waited more than a week to get the TV back. Now it is 9 months since it has been in for repairs and guess what the same thing we took it in for December is happening again. This is ridiculous!!!
