3rd complaint about the same thing. First let me tell you that on my last complaint I have a call from the manager of the branch within 20 minutes, My part is there. Few days later off I go 20 odd km to get it only to be told the part is not there, it is in the stock room but as there was no one else in the shop it was a problem. Manager again not there. The person there said he would close up and go get it. after 15 minutes we did this only for him to take 2 steps and tell me he does not have the key cannot give it to me. I lost it with him. Sometime later the manager phoned he will drop it off either Sunday or Tuesday. I got back to the shop gave them my address Tuesday morning, guess what manager not there again. It is Thursday, no part no call zip. Obviously your branches do not share the same service idea as head office. I ask you 2 things, give me the address where I can come and give you this machine back R5000-00 machine waiting for over 1 year for a 119-00 part. Secondly do not get the branch to phone me.
