I would like to comment on the terrible service that I have received at the Edgars at Mall at Reds! I have never seen staff so unprofessional, not caring and just plain RUDE! My husband and i will never ever shop at Edgars again! We have waited to pay (a few times) in quite a long queue, where only one teller is open and the other staff just stand around looking at you. No one is friendly!!! There is no one on the floor to help, and my worst was when i went to the fitting room to try on undergarments - a male staff member was there, looked at my stuff, gave me a disgusting smile while looking at my stuff - my husband FREAKED out and we left the store! I was disgusted and i think it is embarrassing! I hope - for the sake of the business of Edgars - that the sort out that shop, cause it has put us off that we will never go to any Edgars again! I will be cancelling my card as soon as its paid off, but they will never see me as a customer again!
