I complained on the 5th of August, how a boldly advertised "wifi printer" (with free assistance to set up the printer on wifi) was not wifi at all - therefore false advertising and wasting my time. On helllopeter, the company responded quickly, saying they will investigate and get back to me. They never contacted me at all. So I opened a new complaint on August 19 about Incredible not getting back to me, in spite of saying on the site that they would. This time they responded again on Hellopeter, saying this was being investigated. And low and behold - again nobody actually contacted me, in spite of the public claim on the site. This time, if you do respond, please only respond publicly on hellopeter AFTER you've contacted me.
