I Bought a aircon (Jost Aircon) in 2010 from Hi-Fi Corporation with an extended guarantee of 3 years. Last year (2012) I took the aircon in for repairs. After collecting the aircon, I returned with the aircon again for the same repairs. I waited the 21 working days (policy) as promised by Hi-Fi Corporation and I went Friday 18/01/2013 to go and collect the aircon. There I waited for more than an hour for service. After a of a fight with one of the workers I asked to speak to the manager Vanessa. After a long while she eventfully came out of hiding, with an attitude. She told me it is to late for authorisation and I just have to wait for Monday she will contact me early in the morning. She also told me she doesn't like my attitude and the way I point her. I went back yesterday (Monday 21/01/2013). She didn't even have the decensy to call me as promised. When I arrived at Hi-Fi Corporation, she just told me I must wait for the parts. I told her that I will talk with Head Office, and she only replied, don't worry I will receive the complaint. She couldn't care less about my complaint. I am still waiting for to call me back since Friday (18/01/2013).
