BAD OR NO SERVICE AT ALL

IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR I PURCHASED A BIG BOY SCOOTER MODEL E5 REVIVAL FROM THE BEDFORDVIEW BRANCH (SHELDON), EARLIER THIS YEAR THE BACK WHEEL COLLAPSED AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE REAR SHOCK, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY THE HANGER ARM! IN SPEAKING TO THE HEAD OFFICE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WAS AN EXISTING FACTORY FAULT AND THAT THE UNITS WERE MEANT HAVE BEING RECALLED TO SORT THE PROBLEM!
ON THE 11TH JUNE 2013 THE SAME THING HAPPENED AND I HAVE BEING WAITING FOR BIG BOY (BEDFORDVIEW) TO SORT THE PROBLEM, I WAS TOLD THAT A WARRANTY CLAIM HAS BEING LODGED AND THAT THE SPARES WERE IN DURBAN, SUBSEQUENTLY I HAD TO CALL SHELDON AND HE NOW HAS TOLD ME THE SPARE IS ON BACK ORDER! NOT AT ANY STAGE HAS SHELDON BOTHERED TO LIASE WITH ME, I HAVE HAD TO CALL HIM ON EVERY OCCASION! THE SCOOTER IS MY ONLY SOURCE OF TRANSPORT, AND A LOAN SCOOTER HAS NOT BEING OFFERED EITHER! I CALLED YOUR HEAD OFFICE TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT SORRY WE DONT TAKE COMPLAINTS OVER THE PHONE (KOBUS), AND I MUST LODGE A COMPLAINT ON THE WEB! THIS IS IN VERY POOR TASTE AND NOT THE WAY THIS MATTER SHOULD BE HANDLED! IT SEEMS THE ATTITUDE FROM THE HEAD OFFICE HAS FILTERED THRU TO THE BEDFORDVIEW BRANCH!
