I would love to thank Claude and Raymond from RCS for their great service.
We paid off our account in May 2013 and in July we received a bill stating that somebody has made purchases on our account to the value of over R8000.
We lodged a complaint with RCS and first struggled to get the complaint loaded. I spoke to a few of the other advisors and they did not help me. I got upset but finally I got though to Raymond the team manager and he assisted me immediately.
He made sure that I was kept in the loop all the time and Claude assisted us to the end with the investigation. He called us last night just to confirm that everything has now been sorted out and all this took just 2 weeks.
Thank you guys you are the best.
