Less than 6 month after the previous incident, where Edgars allowed an intruder into my account.
I went to edgars cresta to enrol for Edgars Club, they gave me a card and told me they enrolled me and I should call customer care after 48 hours to activate, I called customer care to confirm, to my surprise I was told that I wasn't even enrolled. They enrolled me, on Monday morning I logged in my account on [URL Removed] to see if I'm already charged for the membership, to my surprise, I have been enrolled to a Funeral Plan without my knowledge, and there also has been transactions of /- R8500.00. What I fail to understand is how do you allow anyone to use my account without my my card or ID, they are in my possession. I'm fed up with your service, and soon you going to be calling me to pay my account, charging me late payments fees, and listing me with ITC like the previous time. I think it's time to close this fu@king stupid account. Resolve this issue ASAP. I only owe you R257.69, and I want my money you robbed me for late payment earlier this year, It wasn't me owing you. A bunch of and criminals.
