I am deeply disappointed and frustrated at Game Stores Centurion Mall. I bought a washing machine last week (27/08/2013) and at the time there was no stock but Eric the sales person assured me that by end of the week I will have received my machine. Eric further assured me that they will contact me and give me an update on the arrival of my machine at the shop. I have never received a call from him to date instead I was the one who called him to find out on the ETA of the washing machine which I have bought. I have called several times and twice this week already and all I receive is a response that someone is going to revert to me regarding same.
I am highly disappointed and very upset because I feel that the kind of treatment that I am getting is highly unacceptable considering the amount of money that I have paid and I never at any point delayed the payment. I understand if there is a problem in receiving stock, but the least I should get is feedback as to how much longer I will be waiting before I can get feedback.
As a result the amount of money which I paid is gathering interest in your account and I dont even have my machine. Give me my machine or my money back.
