Packers at tills lack training

I have on two occasions telephonically complained about the packers at your tills who obviously lack training. On numerous occasions my purchases have been packed into two bags when they could fit into one. I should be asked whether I require another bag, as is the case in other supermarkets. Items are also not properly packed, with frozen or refrigerated items not being put into thinner plastic bags. Please do something about this issue.
