I purchased a washing machine cash on the 6/07/2013, it was said that Tooby the sales consultant will contact us latest 12/07/2013, we waited and no call to inform us as to what is happening, the 20th we went instore to enquire and was told by tooby that they dont have stock they need to get stock from paarl then they will deliver the following week, it is the 29th today and STILL im waiting for the delivery or a call atleast to inform as to what the delay is! it is such an incovenience to not have a washing machine know that you bought one so long ago and actually paid cash for it not even taking it on terms. I WANT MY WASHING MACHINE IN THIS WEEK OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IL GO BUY ONE AT A STORE THAT OFFERS BETTER SERVICE! THIS REALLY IS PATHETIC
