I bought a defy washing machine at game mall at reds centurion. they firstly took their sweet time delivering the machine we had to follow up constantly. it was finally delivered and the machine was faulty. defy service agent came to check the machine, a week later they have not done the exchange - I have to constantly follow up and have not been helped. still sitting with the damaged machine and I have to wait ALL day because they can never confirm their delivery times. their service is terrible*
