I would like to lodge an official complaint against the @home accounts department for the mismanagement of my account application. Without doing a proper analysis on my financial status they declined my account. The staff that call me are inexperienced in doing a proper needs analysis.
I am a small BEE company that was approved a business loan from Standard Bank purely to facilitate better offices and furniture. The call centre staff ask me about my personal salary.
I am terribly disgusted that @home does not value my services
