How is it possible that in Dec 12 we were approved for a R1.8m loan at Standard Bank. We decided that we did not want that house anymore, continued to cancel that home loan with the bank attorneys.
1 month later... We apply for a R1.5m house and get declined? (no personal circumstances changes during this period). Both of us are prestige bankers with this bank, and both professionals.
We will proceed to close all our accounts and try a diffrent bank.
