NO DELIVERY OF ORDERED ITEM

I placed an order on the 2nd of May and was told the item will be delivered on the 5th May. Its 2 days later and no one has phoned me instead i had to give them a call twice yesterday. I spoke to 2 different consultants and both assured me that someone was going to give me call but no 1 did.

Woolworths online gives bad services and this is the last time im ordering online..
