I went to the CNA fourways mall to purchase. Only to be told that my dual card was blocked coz it hadnt been FICAd. So i duly handed over the forms required to them to have it done (ID, account statement for residential proof). A lady named Margy faxed them off to HQ. i returned a week later, only to be told that HQ hadnt received the forms. So we WINscanned them to HQ again, and called the call centre for an hour!
I returned the next week and the same situation had occured.
I elevated the complaint to management and 2 months on my card still doesnt work!!
Please assist! Its freakin frustrating! Incompetence!!
