I brian munyai went to spitz at jabulani mall on the 24 august 2013, to pay my spitz account using my capitec bank card. I asked the consultant to check my balance then i said please the R500 something and leave R3000 balance. But when i sign the slip, i was suprise it say R3000. I told him that he payed R3000 and he told me that he cant revise or cancel the transactions so he need to go ahead and finish it and i will get the funds revised within 48 hours which his manager backed it up. The next day on sunday i give them my id, bank statement and also write a letter as they required me to do so. I was promised that within 48 hours, the refund will be done but on the 28 august, i was told that they are still waiting for feedback from the head office and they will call me soon as they get it. I then decide to call rcs and they told me their are still waiting for the store to send my documents.i call the store they say i must not worry within 7 working days i will get my money.i called rcs again and they say no documents have been send. Then i went to the store personal to just find out that the documents were send to a wrong department on 25 august and no calls were made to try solve
