I made a laybye some time in April 2013 for some item and my husband forgot about them as I was working away from home. Upon my return I found the receipt and went to Ackermans and was told that they laybye had expired and therefore cancelled. When I requested my refund, I was told that I could only receive a gift voucher and not cash despite the fact that I paid using cash.

I DO NOT want a gift card as this is forcing me to use my money only as Ackermans and I feel I am at liberty to choose where I will be spending my money.

I want my refund in the same form that I paid in, which is CASH, not some gift card
