I just went in this store now and the look that I got with the "no" nod from the store assistant when I brought a baby towel that I've used now twice that I bought on the 9th of this month is pathetic!!! She didn't bother looking at the slip or ask anything! She gave me and the security a look an no nods!! This is not the first time I had a problem with one of their towels and last time their head office had no problem with me taking the towel back last time!!! I came specially all the way to town to bring it back, wasting my time, money and making a fool of myself!!! The service as well as the quality is pathetic!!! And I actually laybye there regularly and have a new laybye there at the moment!! I will definitely not be carrying on with that laybye and will take my business else where! I am going to report the attitudes of ackermans and their poor quality goods to consumer protector!! Tanya 0820590108
