Im happy to say that Mr Patel responded to my query promptly. Him and the store manager Faiza where very helpful. at least I knw there are companies out there who still believes in satisfying customers. im a happy customer and will definitely continue shopping at ackermans. big shout out to Mr M Patel and Faiza for going an extra mile in resolving my problem.
