On Sunday I went to do my monthly shopping at Shoprite, I went to buy long life milk when we go close i noticed a foul smell i reached up and too a carton of milk and behind it was a shelf full of flies and maggots (a packer was standing a meter away) this revolted me so much i put the milk back and quickly walked to the teller. Now for my other problem Shoprite have been advertising their EziCoupon everywhere so i decided to take advantage of this, the teller didn't even know what i was talking about and the person she called looked confused but eventually figured out how to work it. This is sad and extremely unfair to the cashier who will take the brunt of an angry customer. I blame the manager for not training staff. I landed up waiting 20 min at the till and i had to go to another shop to finish my shopping.
