Ad attitude towards customers

I was standing on a long que wanting to pay for goods n to withdraw money with my debit card, when I got to the till the cashier told me I can't withdraw cos the till doesn't have money, I asked where should I go n if I should stand on another que she said yes but my problem is no one informed us beforehand that we can't wwithdraw money on that till and why should a customer stand on long ques twice? the cashier had a bad attitude towards me just because I couldn't accept standing on another long que. I eneded up leaving her till while shouting at me then I stood on a long que again.shoprite shouldn't abuse us just because we have no other option around this area.
