We bought items to the value of R5000 at Makro yesterday and after asking for assistance for about an hour eventually got what we were asking for but not from sales people wondering around doing nothing the sales manager needed to assist us. An hour and an half later we had a few of our products home with us and were excited to assemble our Big Jim Braai. R1800 later and it wont assemble as the body work is bent and skew.
Terrible workmanship and terrible product. Numerous times yesterday we were about to walk out the shop but decided to stay as we were only going to spite ourselves by doing so
