On Saturday, 23 Feb we purchased a Keter "Woodlands" storage unit. This was after we had been waiting for assistance for more than 20 minutes and eventually phoned from inside the store for someone to come and assist. When we opened the package at home to assemble the product it was completely damaged (base and corner). We packed it all up and went back to Makro for a replacement. Took about 15 minutes for them to find the product. The base of the replacement product also completely cracked but we assembled it all the same as it is just too much hassle and costs us time and petrol to drive back and forth replacing damaged goods.
