I am DONE with Incredible Connection and their so called Customer "CARE" line!?!?!?!?! COMPLETELY USELESS!!! all i am trying to find out is if i have insurance on my account and after 1 hour and 22 minutes I still do NOT know?!?!? Past from MACHINE TO MACHINE.. same thing over & over, when you DO speak to a person its the WRONG person then they put you back through to the SAME machine that goes back and forth from machine to machine again.. same machines and voice prompts and selections over & over!!!?? i am DONE with Incredible RIP OFF!!! I AM CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT... Do yourself a HUGE favor & spare yourself the frustration and rather go to MAKRO OR DION WIRED!!! you will spare yourself much frustrations!!!
