No Support from Incredible Connection RE: Dell Lap

On the 29/06/2012 we purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop from Incredible Connection, the laptop worked well for around 6 months after which we have had endless problems with this machine, I will outline the problems experienced;

1) Laptop freezes after every 15 minutes and the only way to recover from this state is to hard reset the machine
2) Extremely slow performance and random error messages on the machine
3) Wireless connection does not work

I attempted to call the Sandton Store around 2 months back to inform them of the shocking performance of this laptop and I was simply brushed away saying that I need to contact Dell Support and they will resove the issues with the laptop. I contacted Dell and numerous performance tests were run on the machine to determine the problems, Dell could not find anything wrong with the laptop and recommended replacing the motherboard and the fan, a Technician from Dell carried out this work however to no success as the laptop issues were still present. Dell then recommended that we reinstall Windows on the laptop, which we did and still no joy. So now i am stucK with a broken laptop and no one to help. Why cant you replace the laptop???
