Having bought an Epson printer, scanner xcopier and bringing it home, I diiscovered, to my horror, that it simply does not work! I returned to Incredible Connection (Cavendish) and was able to get a new machine, having been credited for the faulty one. No problems, no hassles. This happened a few weeks after I bought the machine. Now, this is what I call service with the right attitude!
