Disgusting Service-sent back & forth over 30 times

In May last year, I purchased a laptop and software, to the value of R10 000. I was advised by the staff to purchase Bitdefender as a reliable Antivirus. The technicians at Incredible Connection loaded Bit Defender on the new machine, which then crashed. They then took out another 3 machines and attempted to load the Bitdefender, which repeatedly crashed each machine. During this time I had been back and forth over 30 times, as I was told we will load your software on to a new machine-you can fetch it later, upon arrival discovering that the new machine has crashed. In all that time, it had not occurred to the staff that perhaps the Bitdefender is faulty. After experiencing all this trauma, I thought perhaps I should by something more expensive in order to gain something more reliable, so I chose a laptop of R11000. With further hassles, the technician eventually managed to load on the Bitdefender and I got my new laptop. To compensate for all my trouble, the manager Jody gave me a freebag. Since then the computer has given me endless problems & I have been back an forth, Each time I come to the onsite technicians I am BILLED, nobody pays my petrol or parking. I've lost all my info!
