I bought a Samsung i5 laptop from Incredible Connection Canal Walk. Months later it turns out that they sold me a machine with defective hardware. They don't want to refund nor give a new machine. Samsung the manufacturer does not want to replace the machine and wants to "fix" the defective one and sell it back just like that. They also want me to wait for a week and a half while they sort this all out - in the meanwhile my business is suffering
