Samsung bad service

We purchased a Samsung laptop at Incredible Connection for the purpose to load Pastel or company's financial bookkeeping system on the specific unit, a week before the one year warranty expires on of the keys from the keyboard just suddenly fell off and naturally we took the slip and the laptop in to have to problem resolved and this is where thing stared to get messy. Firstly we where informed by the Samsung representative that we needed to send the unit in for repairs and that it wood take between 7 and 10 working days to get the keyboard fixed. I have purchased over the last 3 years close to R 300, 000.00 worth of equipment with them and as a valued customer I requested that we need to speed things up as we cannot stay with out this unit as it will not allow us to invoice, place orders, get or VAT submitted and on top of this our company auditors are in the process of auditing our books for the company's tax returns. After 10 working days we request to get the unit back as we had to purchase a PC for R12, 000.00 to get up and running, we requested the unit back and even after 10 working day our unit is still not fixed. we are bitterly disappointed with Samsung service.
