Samsung Tablet N8000 software problem within 1mnt

I have purchased a Samsung Tablet N8000 from the incredible Connection store in Pavilion.

Within 1 month this unit has stopped working, the screen was freezing i could not even open the unit.

I do work Monday - Friday, so was only able to get this unit back to them on the Weekend.

The consultants tried to access the unit and found that there is a fault. Jabu has been helpful but is unable to do anything unless headoffice confirms.

they said they need to send it away to Vodacom to look at this unit.

They called me and said it seems to be hardware fault but must confirm and i will be given a new unit.

I have now called the store to find out that it has been returned and it is a soft ware problem.

I am very unhappy with this service. How am i expected to pay 299pm for a product within the 1st month is faulty.

How is this Good Customer service?

I am a very good Customer of vodacom and if they check my account they will see i do spend alot on my bills every month.

I do not believe that this is the kind of service i recieve from them

I need urgent Feedback!

I will not accept this unit
