Account Protection Plan Claim

In March I went to Edgars in Clear Water to put a Account Protection Plan Claim as I was retrenched. The guy who was helping me told me that the guys who are dealing with this claims takes time to respond or give feedback because they have a lot of claims they are dealing with so it will take months. So I submitted everything as per his request. Till today I'm still waiting for feedback and nothing. Now I'm receiving calls from Edgars collection department and they are telling me that my account is in errors, I'm not sure as to what to do now. Every month I was paying R12.60 for this cover and now its not helping me when I need it. Someone please help me. I have relocated back to Durban and when I went to the Edgars here they told me I should go back to Clear Water as they cant pick up anything regarding my Claim.
