I spoke this lady at 8.30am on 22 August 2013 this woman really has a bad attitude and her customer drive and delight is really an area she should be focusing on. After going back and fourth with me when I requested to speak to her team leader she told me that there is nobody there than can help me with my cell insurance query she blatently laughed at me as if I was some kind of, which made feel less valued as a customer, I need an apology from your corporation or ill take my business elswhere. I'm REALLY DISSAPOINTED and disgusted with the customer service @ The Foschini Group call centre.
