I bought my washing machine last year 2012, It started giving me problems just right after few months I bought it, I then called Russels to come and repair, They took their time. This year again my Machine started giving me the same problem, to this day Iam still waiting for Russel to Repair my machine, it has been months now . (Lebo) The Consultant that I bought this machine from told me to go ahead and report this matter if I want, Because there is nothing she can do about it. Im done paying for it and its now not working, Iam now forced to buy another machine. I want Hello Peter to deal with Russels and the Consultant that is responsible. Iam very angry!!! Please help Hello Peter.
