Very Disaapointed custome

I order a 3 piece 2-ply mink blanket combo which was R1399.00 and they did deliver three blankets which I was very happy with but little did I know, the blankets prices were changed to R 3000.00. They delivered blankets priced one by one and to show that you cannot trust these people there was only 1 invoice for R 76.00 per month for 16 months. The blankets I had ordered on line cost 133 per month for 16months and they called and they confirm the order at 133.00 per month. When I got the invoice with 3000.00 I contacted them and that was on June 30 and asked them to listen to the call when their agent confirm the order to my liking and affordability so that we could work on this problem together. I am not refusing to pay, if I made a mistake and maybe misunderstand the agent I will be happy to pay but I cannot pay for something I did not order just because an agent wanted more commission and because I requested a debit order form they thought they will take advantage of that. What me off the most is that they can't even come back to me and resolve these problem, it seems as if they know what happened after listening to the call since their calls are recorded. I am just
